Female-only Lunchtime SENG Community Wellness Sessions, themed “Embrace Tranquility”, to celebrate International Women’s Day
40-minute mindfulness practice of stretching, breathing, and Yoga Nidra (an ancient practice of deep relaxation through guided meditation into conscious deep sleep while lying down with eyes closed). In the company of your SENG female tribe, we move with mindfulness, breathe to boost energy, lie down in blissful stillness, and build our space of tranquility together.
Special gift for participants – a soothing satin eye mask to treat yourself to some me-time
Wear soft, stretchable clothing that you can move in comfortably. Bring something to keep you warm when lying down for Yoga Nidra.
Sanitized mats are provided.
